This is the most adorable couple in the series. I wasn't really a fan of the other girls that took an interest in Shippou. Souten is adorable. Shippou and Souten have lost their parents. Souten lost her brothers also so she's all alone. It's quite obvious at the end of the episode Souten likes Shippou. Shippou is such a little gentlemen. He had to stop the fight when he realized he was fighting a girl. The downside of this pairing is that Souten is an Anime only character. She's never in the Manga. Another downside is that they're kids and the likelihood of them meeting up later is pretty low. But that's what fanfics are for :).
