Souten
Souten is a little girl youkai. She is the only remaining member of the Thunder clan. Her brothers were killed by InuYasha. Her hair is styled in two pigtails and her looks resemble Hiten since they both take off the fathers side of the family. It's never explained what happened to their parents.
Souten sends her pet Kouryuu to deliver a "duel invitation" to Shippou. She also schemes and makes it where the rest of the InuYasha group end up seperated from Shippou. She knew each of the members weaknesses and used their weaknesses against them. The only plan that didn't work out well was getting her pet to impersonate Kagome and yell osuwari to InuYasha.
Once her pet brings Shippou to her, he's placed in a jail. It was all a trap, Souten never planned to fight fair. Their "argument" is kind of cute since they're both kids. She tells him she's not a kid. Shippou plays with a toy of his. Souten wants to play with this toy of his. They eventually make a deal to duel for Shippou's crayons.
The duel starts off pretty good on both sides. Both are pretty good fighters for their age. They both get tired out before InuYasha and Kagome arrive. Kagome instantly falls in love with Souten and picks her up. Kagome calls her a boy and that's when Souten reveals that she is a female. It's then that Shippou decides not to fight with her and throws her the crayons. Souten ends up having a crush on Shippou and draws a picture of him. I've heard that Souten is not in the Manga but I haven't read much of the Manga anyway.
